HOW DOES THE PRE-ORDER PROCESS WORK?+
The KUBO archive operates strictly on a pre-order basis. Our drops open for a 30-day window. Once this window closes, the collection is permanently sealed and all orders move directly into production. Learn more on our Shipping Page.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?+
Production takes 4-6 weeks after the drop window closes, followed by 7 days of processing. Once shipped, domestic (USA) delivery takes 7-14 days, and international delivery takes 18-25 days (Total estimated timeline: ~2 to 2.5 months). See the exact breakdown on our Shipping Page.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?+
Because every garment is made-to-order specifically for you once the drop closes, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for size changes or buyer's remorse. We highly encourage utilizing the size guides provided on every product page before securing your order.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM?+
If your item arrives defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@kuboarchive.com within 2-3 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the email used for the order, and clear photos of the defect. We will immediately work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit.
WHO PAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES?+
KUBO is not responsible for any customs, taxes, or duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, local taxes, etc.) are the strict responsibility of the customer.
