We want to be completely transparent about how your pieces are made. Since the KUBO archive is highly limited and crafted exclusively via pre-order, here is the exact roadmap of what to expect from the moment you secure your item to the day it arrives at your door.
STAGE 1: ORDER COLLECTION (30 DAYS)
During this initial stage, our archive opens to accept your orders. Once this 30-day window closes, the collection is permanently sealed so we can focus entirely on bringing your items to life.
STAGE 2: PRODUCTION (4-6 WEEKS)
This is where the magic happens. We communicate the finalized order list to our manufacturing team, who carefully craft and assemble your garments using our premium materials.
STAGE 3: PROCESSING (7 DAYS)
The finished pieces are shipped in bulk to our USA headquarters. Over the course of a week, our team carefully unboxes, quality-checks, and packages your individual order to get it ready for shipment.
STAGE 4: FINAL DELIVERY
Your order is handed off to our shipping partners, and you will receive an email with your tracking number the moment your label is created.
- Domestic Delivery (USA): 7–14 Days
- International Delivery: 18–25 Days
Total Estimated Timeline: ~2 to 2.5 Months
After the pre-order window closes, our team works diligently to complete and dispatch your garments as quickly as possible. While we often fulfill orders ahead of schedule, this rough 2 to 2.5-month estimate is designed to ensure our master tailors have the time necessary to meet our strict quality standards and to provide a buffer for any unforeseen logistical delays.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES
Please note that KUBO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, local taxes, etc.) are the strict responsibility of the customer.
