RETURNS & REFUNDS
REFUND POLICY
At this time, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for size changes, incorrect fit, or buyer's remorse. All items are fulfilled as pre-orders and are made specifically upon order placement, so please ensure you carefully review sizing before completing your purchase. Size charts and model measurements are provided to help you choose the correct fit.
If your item arrives defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2–3 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves KUBO to ensure quality and reliability.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Incorrect Item:
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at support@kuboarchive.com and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- Photo of the incorrect item and packing slip
Upon confirming that you received the wrong item, we will create a return label for you (USA/Canada) or send you the correct item at no charge (International), and you will receive the correct item within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Item:
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email support@kuboarchive.com and provide:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- Your request (refund or replacement)
- Photograph clearly showing the defect or damaged area, taken on a flat surface with the tag and error clearly displayed
We will use this information to assist you with your order and ensure that similar errors are prevented in future production.
Lost Packages:
If more than 7 days have passed and the tracking on your order has not been updated, please email support@kuboarchive.com, and we will reach out to the courier to try to locate your package.
Shipped to Wrong Address:
If the shipping address was input correctly on our end (from what you provided when placing your order), we will not be responsible for any mistakes made when providing your shipping address.
Stolen Packages:
If the tracking on your order confirms that it has been delivered, but you have not received the package and are unable to find it, please wait a bit longer, as sometimes couriers mark a package as delivered before it actually is.
If 7 days have passed since your order was marked as delivered and you still do not have your package, it will be considered stolen. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for stolen packages, so please select a safe address for delivery.
